Registration is now open for the 2024 AFA Spring Board Meeting scheduled May 2-3 at The Lodge at Mt. Magazine. This location offers a beautiful setting and first-class facilities making it an excellent location for our spring board meeting. 

On Thursday, May 2nd, starting at 6 p.m., we will have our reception and dinner, followed by some entertainment. The Board of Directors meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m., the morning of May 3rd. We plan to conclude by noon.

Registration for those wishing to join us both Thursday and Friday is $125. The fee for board members joining us Friday only is $25. We do offer a guest rate of $75 for those wishing to bring someone with them. 

The Lodge offers room accommodations of $98 for choices of Deluxe Queen or Standard Queen rooms. Those must be booked directly through The Lodge at Mt. Magazine at (479) 963-5100 and guests should identify that they are booking a room within the Arkansas Forestry Association block of rooms. The reservation must be held with a credit card. The room reservation deadline is April 2,2024. After that cut-off date, any remaining rooms that have not been picked up will be released back into the general hotel inventory and would not be guaranteed available at the group rate.
