The 2023 AFA Spring Board of Directors Meeting will take place at DeGray Lake Resort State Park Lodge & Conference Center on May 4-5. The lodge offers stunning views of DeGray Lake, a heated swimming pool, a fitness room, and much more.  Indulge yourself with fine dining at the lodge’s Shoreline Restaurant and melt your worries away while you take in the beauty of Arkansas’ beautiful state parks.

On Thursday, May 4, starting at 6 p.m., we will have a reception and dinner.  The Board of Directors meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 5. We plan to adjourn by noon.

Hotel accommodations are available with a room rate of $96.00 for choices of King Resort View, King Accessible, and Double Queen rooms with resort view.  Rooms must be booked directly with the hotel (501-865-5851) and guests should identify that they are booking a room within the Arkansas Forestry Association block of rooms. The reservation must be held with a credit card. The room reservation deadline is April 14, 2023. After that cut-off date, any remaining rooms that have not been picked up will be released back into general hotel inventory and would not be guaranteed available at the group rate.
