The 2022 AFA Spring Board of Directors Meeting will take place at the Fairfield Bay Conference Center on May 5-6.  Lodging will be next door at the Cobblestone Inn and Suites. The hotel is located at 100 Lost Creek Parkway in Fairfield Bay.  It has easy access to the Fairfield Bay Marina on Greers Ferry Lake, The Bay Trails, Mountain Ranch Golf Course, Indian Hills Golf Course, breathtaking pools, and many other wonderful attractions. Hotel amenities include a 24-hour Wolfgang Puck Coffee Service, a complimentary hot breakfast buffet, guest laundry, and high-speed wireless internet access.  Indulge yourself with fine dining at Bayside Restaurant located in the downstairs lobby and melt your worries away with a relaxing visit to Spa Serenity.

On Thursday, May 5, starting at 6 p.m., we will have a reception and dinner.  The Board of Directors meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 6. We plan to adjourn by noon.

Hotel accommodations are available with a room rate of $94.00 for choices of King, King Extended, and Double Queen rooms.  Rooms must be booked directly with the hotel (501-825-3046) and guests should identify that they are booking a room within the Arkansas Forestry Association block of rooms. The reservation must be held with a credit card. The room reservation deadline is April 20, 2022. After that cut-off date, any remaining rooms that have not been picked up will be released back into general hotel inventory and would not be guaranteed available at the group rate.

PLEASE NOTE:  The hotel is graciously offering the $94 room rate for individuals who wish to stay longer.  The Bloomin’ in the Bay Festival will be taking place on Saturday, May 7.
