The 2021 AFA Spring Board of Directors Meeting will occur in the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce Conference Room on Friday, May 28, from 1:30-3:00 p.m. Board members may attend in person or via Zoom. The Chamber of Commerce is located adjacent to the AFA building at 1200 West Capitol Avenue. Those attending the meeting in person may park in the Chamber's parking lot and enter the building through that entrance. Attendees will be required to wear a mask and follow safety protocols.

Following the meeting, staff will adjourn to Dickey Stephens Park to prepare for AFA's Night with the Travs. A two hour all-you-can-eat picnic for AFA members and friends will begin at 6:10 p.m. at the Tracks Inn Pavilion inside the ballpark featuring all-you-can-eat hamburgers, hot dogs and sausages. Tickets are $10 per person (for those over 3 years old) and include admission to the Travelers game as they take on the Tulsa Drillers at 7:10. The evening will conclude with fireworks.
