The first question to ask when considering a forest herbicide application is "Is the application warranted"? This program will present an overview of when, what and how to address competing vegetation problems in your forest stands. We will discuss control for establishment (old field and cutover), post-planting, and existing forest stands. We will introduce support tools for making herbicide prescription decisions and how to seek professional assistance with forest vegetation control.
