Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the 2020 Drew County Log a Load for Kids will be held August 1 at the large pavilion at McCloy Park from 5:00-7:00 pm. The park is located across the street from the Boys and Girls Club at 175 Henley Drive. Since seating is limited at the pavilion and due to COVID-19 guidelines, the event will be come and go.

Attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs. Dinner for sponsors will be from 5:00-6:00 pm. The loads of logs will be auctioned at 6:00 pm. Fish dinners will be sold beginning at 6:00 pm for the general public and will be available until we are sold out.

An online auction hosted by www.orrellauctions.com. The auction will begin on July 25 at 12:00 pm and end at 12:00 pm on August 1 . Items must be paid for and picked from 5-8:00 pm at the event at McCloy Park.

Level of Sponsorship:

Platinum: $750.00 includes 10 dinner tickets, 5 t-shirts and $100.00 in raffle tickets.

Gold: $500.00 includes 6 dinner tickets and $50.00 in raffle tickets.

Silver: $250.00 includes 4 dinner tickets Bronze: $100.00 includes 2 dinner tickets. All sponsors will be recognized at the event.

Log a Load Park Sale:

T-shirts, memorabilia, desserts, and other donated items will be for sale during the event. These items will be first come, first buy.

Thank you in advance for your support of Log a Load for Kids and Arkansas Children's. Due to COVID-19, fundraising activities for Children's all across the state have been cancelled or altered. As a result, the need this year is even greater and having access to the services provided by Children's is more valuable than ever before.
