Registration beginning at 8:00 am with Shotgun Start at 8:30 am

                           Afternoon Tee Time

                                    Registration beginning at 12:30 noon with Shotgun Start at 1:00 pm

Place:                   Malvern Country Club - Malvern, Arkansas

Format:                4 Person Scramble

                           Bring your own foursome or we can place you on a team

Entry Fees:          Individual Play--$ 100 per person

                           Please email me your logo if you are planning on sponsoring a hole.

                           Corporate Play—(2 Players & Partial Hole Sponsor)--$400

                           Corporate Play—(1 Team & Full Hole Sponsor)--$750

Fee Include:       18 holes of golf, cart, green fees, lunch and Ditty Bag

Lunch Meal:        Lunch will be served at Malvern Country Club!!

                           Drawing of door prizes

         Trophies and prizes to 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd
