The 2019 AFA Spring Board of Directors Meeting will take place at the Staybridge Suites at 103 Lookout Circle in Hot Springs on May 2-3. Staybridge Suites is ideally situated seven miles from downtown Hot Springs and has amenities that include an indoor heated pool, a 24-hour fitness center and an impressive home theater.

On Thursday, May 2, the evening’s highlights include:

• A 2-hour dinner cruise on Lake Hamilton
• Our Guide will share fun facts and trivia about Hot Springs as you sail
• Dinner is included with two full-service bars (2 drink tickets provided) and more available for purchase
• A fun evening sightseeing on the water

Starting at 3:45 p.m., guests will meet in the hotel lobby and we will shuttle to the Belle of Hot Springs.

Boarding begins at 4 p.m. with departure at 5 p.m.  The shuttle will be available to take us back to the hotel after the cruise.  If you wish to meet at the Belle of Hot Springs, please be there no later than 4:30 p.m.

The Board of Directors meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 3. We plan to adjourn by noon.

Hotel accommodations are available at the Staybridge Suites in Hot Springs, with a room rate of $104.00 for a Queen Studio, $129.99 for a Single Suite or $139.99 for a Double Suite.  To make reservations, call 501-525-6500. Please make sure to mention the Arkansas Forestry Association to be included in the room block. The room reservation deadline is April 9.
