Dr. Becky McPeake from the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service will present on the topic of hunting lease provisions including advantages and disadvantages to leasing and what landowners need to know. Rusty Rumley, attorney with the National Agriculture Law Center, will present on the topic of landowner liability as it pertains to hunting leases and recreational use.
