There are a few changes to general registration that you may need to be aware of before filling out the form. We have added a Full Meeting Companion option for couples that offers a discounted price to your significant other. This will get them the same benefits as a normal registration including access to the forest management workshop, general session, as well as all meals and breaks. We have also added another companion meal ticket for the General Session lunch. It is priced the same as our other companion event specific tickets at $35 each.

Join us this year for the Arkansas Forestry Association's 79th Annual Meeting where opportunity is knocking! We will be meeting this year in Hot Springs back at the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort from October 8-10. Details of this year's meeting are still being developed and we will provide updates to this page as they become available. You can register online or download a general registration form at the link below. Sponsorship and exhibitor forms are also still available online and below.

The meeting format—three days of content—will provide participants educational and networking opportunities. On Tuesday, October 8 we will have recreational activities that include golf at the Hot Springs Country Club and a sporting clays shoot at the Mountain Valley Sportsman's Association in the Hot Springs area. Participants of the shooting event will be required to bring two boxes of ammunition needed for the event.

Wednesday is a full day of speakers during our general session. More details on the topics and speakers will be coming soon. We will then conclude the night with our annual fish fry at the Hamp Williams Building.

The meeting concludes Thursday morning with AFA's Award Breakfast where we highlight and honor those in our community who are doing excellent work in the forestry industry.
