  $2,000,000 aggregate

  $0 per occurrence

• Master policy basis

• Landowners would be listed as an additional insured party

Named Insured: AFA-member hunting clubs leasing land from AFA landowner members. A separate certificate will be issued to each hunting club.

  Liability limited to $1,000,000 per occurrence
• Special Master Policy rating basis
• Liability coverage for the landowner does not provide protection for owned timber. Separate coverage is available for fire, lightening, wind, flood, ice and theft. Contact Davis-Garvin Agency for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Direct all questions related to insurance coverage to the Davis-Garvin Agency Hunting Club Department, 1-800-845-3163.
• Direct questions regarding AFA membership status to the AFA office at (501) 374-2441 or sglaze@arkforests.org.
• These programs are available to AFA members in good standing. For Hunting Lease Liability Insurance, both the hunt club and landowner must be AFA members to qualify.
• Separate checks must be written to AFA for membership dues and Davis-Garvin Agency for premiums. Combined checks will be returned.

Check #1: The insurance premium must be made payable to Davis-Garvin Agency.

Check #2: AFA dues must be made payable to AFA (refer to dues schedule below if joining as a new member or changing membership category to “forest landowner”).
